I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. Their physical exam was 3 minutes. He didn't even look in my ears or throat. The medical assistant was in training and his pants were low and I could see his underwear along with tatoos. Not professional.
