Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I felt very rushed. I felt like I was unimportant to their business. That appointment was a complete waste of time! The Nurse had no care in the world to see me. When you have been bleeding for 2 weeks and feel a lump in your abdomen. You would think it would be urgent.... WELL to these guys IT IS NORMAL... THEY WONT SEE YOU FOR IT EITHER! So next time you want to schedule an appt. Think again because they obviously do not care.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They treated me with utmost respect and were very kind. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
