Great personality, will stay and make sure all my questions are answered, performed my LATVH perfectly and even found "stuff" not shown on Xray, fabulous staff, love the online portal to access my records up to date that same day, great bed side manners, caring, kind, sympathetic, practices in Redding, CA and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR PENA to everyone! 10 stars from me! Thank you so much for being who you are!

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Everyone that works there is very personable and makes you feel so comfortable. Dr Pena has great bedside manner as well as the ability to make you feel at ease. He has been my doctor for some time now and also delivered my son. Every experience i have had with him has been a pleasant one. Even the delivery of my son. I actually look forward to seeing him and his staff. Its nice to have a place with such care and great customer service

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Dr. Pena has a great bedside manor, always calms my nerves and is a wonderful surgeon! I feel indebited to him for doing such and amazing job on my incisions and treatment.
