Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from.
