HORRIBLE DOCTOR - STAY AWAY!!!

My ob/gyn sent me to him to get a better idea of the baby's weight/check organs were okay etc. I was told it would be really cool to get the 4D scan done, so took my family with me.

Dr Greg came into the room as though he had an emergency he needed to go to - really rushed, couldn't care less - WHIZZED through what he could see on the ultrasound - no explanations, no time for questions, my family could barely hear what he was saying, so I felt them being there was a waste of time - as for the 4D parts of the scan - we saw the baby for about 10 seconds on the 4D mode (i've had a 4D scan before and the sonographer spent about 15/20 minutes on the 4D mode, showing me lots of detail).

This doc was AWFUL - stay away, there are plenty of 4D scanning facilities, with really nice people in charge who want to make it a memorable experience for you - we were all dumbfounded and wish we had never gone as I had such a fab experience with my 4D scan when I had it a last month!

They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while.uncomfortable for pregnant woman to lay on a back for long. Their office was nice and quiet. I I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance.f. BUT.NOT ENOUGH SITS,SO PEOPLE SIT ON THE END TABLES .most impotently:While pregnant, this doctor diagnosed that my baby had a heart issue which we later learned was absolutely false. It became clear that this false diagnosis was used by this doctor to overcharge my insurance company and myself for consultation services that consisted of nothing more than "how are you doing." When we received the bill, there were charges that even his billing office could not explain. This doctor is unethical motivated by greed. I do not recommend this doctor. (they will give you a CD that doesn't work and charge a lot for it later in a bill)

I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. Everything I told them seemed to go in one ear and out the other. I didn't feel like they cared about what I had to say at all. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
