on my first visit, the staff lose my urine sample(they later called and let me know i should do urine test again), dr nassir himself only spend a few mins with me, did a few tests and left, did not spend his time tell me what i should expect with my 1st pregnancy.
on my second visit, same thing, did not spend much time, did not tell me when my baby will be due, he didnt even look at my ultrasound result(took 22 days prior to my 2nd visit), didnt even remember sending me to ultrasound already.
he should be sending me to my "1st trimaster ultrasound" which will tell if my baby have chromosomal issue or down symdrome(which should be perform between 9-13 weeks), by the time his staff call me to give authorization# to do it, it's already too late for this test and the lab will not perform it on me.
on top of this, with my type of insurance, i should be paying 1 time co-pay, and 100% no charge after that til i give birth, but they've been charging me "everytime".
so i'm very disappointed and now searching for another OB
