I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. My whole experience at this office was above average. I trusted Dr. Ward completely and always felt I was taken care of throughout my pregnancy. So much so, that 10 years later I still think of his office with fond memories.
I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places.
