Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

The facility is nice and for the most part the staff is friendly and helpful. The wait was not exceptionally long but it did bother me that the staff would not be upfront about the wait time. If you asked how long the wait was going to be they would hurry up and get your vitals or put you in the examine room but the doctor would not see you any sooner and at times would not even be there. The doctor is nice but never gave me direct answers. I would ask generic questions like "Is exercise ok?" or "Is this medication ok?" and she would say timidly "Yes & no" but would not elaborate. I understand that there are not always black and white answers but I was looking for a little direction. I do not recommend her and am currently looking for a new doctor.
