I am both a former and present patient of Dr. Flores, and she is outstanding! She a very knowledgeable physician and her personal attention to mother (me) is excellent. She has two offices and a very accommodating schedule, as a working expecting mother I had little difficulty scheduling appointments that worked for me. The nursing staff at the McColl office is excellent. I highly recommend this MD.

Dr. Flores is an excellent doctor but her staff is RIDICULOUS and INCONSIDERATE! I went there to get a procedure done after I had my daughter, I check in and give them my insurance card and they said to sign in so I did. When I was leaving I waited at the window where you wait for your next appt and she said I was fine so I left. A few days later, I get a $460 bill from their office saying I had a balance so I called thinking it's a mistake. The girl that answered tried to argue with me saying it's my responsibility to ask if I was fully covered when I did wait at the window to see if I was good to go but they didn't say anything about a balance. Now, I'm stuck with this bill because their poorly trained staff obviously don't care about the patients but to get things overwith even if you end up with a balance because thats not their problem anyway. I gave Dr flores 2 stars for her and the 3 empty stars for the 3 idiots at the front desk.

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.
