Terrible doctor. Misdiagnosed my cancer and made my situation worse by rupturing my cancer, moving it from stage 1 to 3. At the age of 38 my new doctor had to perform total hysterectomy and give me chemo because of the rupture. Dr. Garza hadn't a clue what he was doing and didn't care, except to collect money for the surgery. He shouldn't be practicing.

The office was easy enough to find. I understand they're busy, but I'm getting really tired of them postponing my appointments all the time. Every time I make an appointment, it's usually postponed at least a week. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome.

The staff also seemed irritated with my questions, and Dr. Garza failed to answer a question in a frank manner. It was always, " let's see this," "we might be able to try this," A painful thing was he canceled surgery 3 times and ended the last one in an angry melt down. I don't think he was confident enough to provide the health care needed. He might be book knowledgeable but when it comes down to patients he has no integrity in salvaging a relationship. Countless of dollars spent on testing, and an angry ending on his part for the last canceled surgery makes me come here to say, ladies, don't waste your time and money.

Dr. Garza's staff is by far the worst. They slap the word infertility on your file and don't even try to submit anything through insurance. I spent thousands out of pocket on useless tests and decided to go to RMA in Stone Oak. I had some initial tests and procedures done there and everything was covered with insurance since it was diagnostic testing, no questions asked. It is taking everything I have not to call Dr. Garza’s office and give them a piece of my mind and demand my money back.

RMA found nothing wrong so the Dr. Doctor recommended I try acupuncture to regular my irregular and erratic cycles. The acupuncturists are in the same offices! I have been doing acupuncture for 3 months now and I see a major difference in my cycle and my moods. I know it is only a matter of time before I get pregnant again, but no thanks to Dr. Garza. Ladies, do not go to this doctor. Take it from me…please! RMA of Texas is wonderful.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I have been a long patient of his, and would recommend anyone to visit his office. He is wonderful and sensitive, easy to talk to and the office personal is on top of all the services. By far a 5 star office.

They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. It was difficult to find parking at their office. I had to look for a while and was almost late for my appointment. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day.
