Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They treated me with utmost respect and were very kind. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
