They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy.
