Most disinterested and condescending doctor I've ever had. Showed no curiosity about my symptoms; they made me wait 2 hours in the waiting room for my appt without apology; I filled out 45 minutes of electronic medical history questions on the patient portal as required by them prior to my appointment, but the Dr. didn't even look at my family or medical history; during my breast exam she didn't find the lump on my breast; and even though I brought records of my current prescriptions with me for refills, she didn't provide the refills when I was there, and I've had to call 3 times to get them to call the pharm. Awful experience.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. In my opinion, Dr. Powell is the best! I have been in her care through 5 pregnancies and 2 miscarriages. All of my babies have been premature and Dr. Powell knows my history and takes all the necessary precautions. I am so thankful to have such a caring and capable doctor!
