They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile.
