I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

I went to dr steen twice before and never once met her. I dealt with the RN both times, who was extremely polite. After I had my paps, they called me and not me every thing was negative, but then called back a short time later and said they found abnormal cells, that "maybe had to do with a bacteria infection", when I was asked what I could do about it or what it was from they gave me no information and basically told me not to worry about it, even though the women did not explain anything to me (I'm thinking she was literally there just to make phone calls to patients, and knew nothing medical wise). After that I immediately changed gynos. My sister stayed with Dr steen and eventually had her deliver her baby. Two weeks before the baby was due dr steen told her she needed to be induced, due to chance of high blood pressure. My sister was very persistent that a c section was NOT in her birth plan. Not only did her blood pressure not go up while she was induced, they ended up giving her an emergency c section, after not even 20 mon of pushing. The baby suffered trama to the head, from trying to be pulled out, and was in NICU for days before we could even hold him. Also, this was a week before thanksgiving and the delivery room was extremely busy with women who's family had told me they were there to be induced, which was extremely suspicious. I just remember it looked like some kind of baby mill. I'm not sure about this doctor and would not recommend her. After the birth I also heard of her being brought to court over damaging a baby's shoulder during birth. Ill take my chance with someone else.
