They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were fantastic.
Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They made sure to find out about my obstetric history and every pre-existing condition before my appointment. This made the examination go a lot faster.

I'm sorry for the pregnant woman who felt uncomfortable. However I think Dr. Dutreil is great - been to him twice for my annual check up. I've had great experiences with him - actually made me feel VERY comfortable and I thought had a wonderful bedside manner. Was easy going, funny, normal, appropriate in all respects. I will continue to see him.

I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

I walked into Dr. Dutreil's office feeling, happy, healthy and confident about my pregnancy. I walked out feeling uncomfortable and confused. His bedside manner leaves something to be desired, to say the least.

Pregnancy is a vulnerable time for all women. Professionals who make their careers in this field ought to acknowledge and take that into consideration in their practice. I got the feeling Dr. Dutreil doesn't respect women. Some of the vocabulary he used was highly inappropriate. I just kept my mouth shut and said, "yes", "no" and "thank you" throughout the entirety of my visits; but on the inside I was deeply offended by his manner.

I switched to another OBGYN and felt much better for the rest of my term. The pregnancy was very healthy and uncomplicated. I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy.
