I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.
Dr. Dutreil and his nurse go the extra mile to help with answering all my questions, no matter how small.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.
