I am a new patient. I called to schedule an appt and the girl on the phone was not very nice. She acted like a was a bother to her. I might be calling back to cancel my appt because I already do not have a good feeling about that office.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The staff I dealt with were respectful and kind. They welcomed me and tried to get me through the paperwork quickly and efficiently. They try to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. Dr Man treats you with respect and takes time to answer all your questions before he heads to the door. I had all the knowledge from him that I needed to make an informed and comfortable decision when I had my surgery. When I needed physical therapy he referred me to someone he knew and I was very pleased with this doctor as well.
