Dr. Dyal is a wonderful OB/GYN. She is always smiling and so friendly and happy, its truly contagious. She is top notch! I've visited others in this field and I rate Dr. Dyal as #1. She listens to me and I am really impressed with her concern for my well being. Dr. Dyal really took her time and was totally thorough in my exam. I feel certain that she didn't miss anything. I was really concerned about having a female doctor as my OB/GYN but all of my concerns went out the window when I met Dr. Dyal. She is so wonderful and makes you feel super comfortable.
As for the other reviews about wait times, etc, there is a wait. But I haven't been to a doctor's appointment yet that you do not have to wait some amount of time. But it's worth the wait to me to know I am in good hands with Dr. Dyal!!!

Although Dr. Dyal is an excellent physician, she is SO busy you end up waiting forever to be seen. This office is the perfect example of how doctors think they are "God" with absolutely NO regard for your time. They make excuses that it is the nature of the profession (birthing babies) so you have to accept it and waste YOUR time waiting. On my last visit, I waited almost an hour and still was no closer to being seen. I had another appointment I needed to make (I thought 1-1/2hrs was enough time for my doctor's visit). I stepped out for 15 minutes to take care of my next appointment, rushed like crazy to get back, and when I returned, the receptionist said I would have to reschedule my appointment because I briefly left, (after already waiting almost an hour), and actually threatened to call the police on me if I didn't reschedule and leave right away! Then a few days later I get a letter saying they terminated me from their practice due to disrespect on my part! Dr Dyal even indicated on the letter that I was disrespectful to her, but I hadn't even seen or talked to her for almost a year (she was nowhere to be seen that day)! This office has NO respect for their patients, and doesn't know how to treat patients. It's their way or the highway...They are downright defensive and accusatory if a customer complains about the wait time, and they are never willing to admit if they are wrong. And to top it off, I can't even get my results back from my last visit to her office. It's as if I don't exist anymore now that she has dismissed me from her practice. What if there is an issue with my health from my last visit? They simply don't care and refuse to acknowledge my health needs or concerns now that I have been dismissed. Sounds like malpractice to me - putting your staff's gossip and attitude before your patient's health. Avoid this office.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
