They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
