I've never felt more uncomfortable with an OBGYN before. They were rude, unfriendly, and so unwelcoming. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. The women at the front desk forgot to send in paperwork. I had to wait for almost 2 hours to get seen and the sad part an very elder lady had been waiting since that morning and a pregnant girl which they forgot to check in. The receptionist was rude and snapping on everyone. They claim she was new but no one said anything to her. If they was professional someone should have pulled her to the side and informed her of her wrong doings. smh NEVER

Not at all, it was the perfect temperature
