The facilities are clean and well kept up with, and Dr. Northam is great. Unfortunately, that's the only 2 positive things I can honestly compliment this office for. This office is severely over booked. I had to wait 1 hr and 45 minutes before being seen by an OBGYN. The worst the about this office is Dr. Robert M. Hill! I'm normally the type of person who doesn't complain often and tends to shrug the small things office, but Dr. Hill is a bad Dr. He is extremely rude, doesn't answer patient questions, will rush you out of your appt, cut you off when you are talking, and will make unprofessional comments. My advice is if you have the option go else where, and if you don't have that option stay away from this man. Save yourself the trouble honestly.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

I was dismissed from their office at 35 weeks and left to search for another office with my due date around the corner because I asked questions they could not answer. I felt they were taking too many ultrasounds of my baby and they told me that I didnt have an option to refuse. It made me feel like i have no right as a mother and i was treated as test experiment. Their entire staff were rude and obviously not concerned about my well being at all. This is a horrible office. I guess they feel that you lose all human rights when you are being paid by Medicaid. I feel like I could pursue a lawsuit for this but I just don't have the energy to waste on them. I was told that I am the only person that has come to their office with dissatisfaction but I have just read other reviews that stated otherwise. I was talked down to and mocked by the doctor himself when I reported that the nurses were rude to me and could not even measure my weight. When I left crying, he scorns me says "that's Kool". Yes he was a very unprofessional jerk and I'd rather deliver my own baby than to have to deal with his denials, lies, and backwardness. This is one office that I'm sure is not in it for the patient but just for the business aspect. If you care about yourself and your baby don't let them ruin your pregnancy experience.
