No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

The restrooms and building were clean-but this was in the new hospital in cumberland so I think that is to be expected. They never cancelled my appointments. But he never makes eye contact with you and he always rushes through the appointment. I felt I didn't have time to ask questions. When I did get a chance to spit out a concern or question he always played it off like "Soon you'll be an expert after having about 5 babies". He said this saying multiple times throughout my pregnancy-maybe everytime I had a concern or question. I went to him with my first child and I definetely won't be going back. I also could feel EVERYTHING during my last 6 hours of labor. He said I couldn't hit the "pain button" anymore, and it was on the floor so i couldn't reach it anyway. I also had an epidural which didn't do any good and he recommend I get the epidural the morning prior to having my daughter, even though he never took the time prior to my delivery to see what i wanted to do for pain management. I am a nurse and I was very disappointed with the entire experience.

I will not be going back for my second pregnancy. I felt that he was to busy to answer my questions. He was not informative at all. He performed procedures without even informing me first. He was very nice to me, but completely ignored my husband when he came with me to the appointments. My cousin had a disorder with her liver that could have seriously harmed her baby and he dismissed it, and told her that it was just being pregnant. That everything was ok. I would serioulsy reconsider going to him.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
