Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I think she should be retired she's getting too. and She hurt me really bad for a first check -up. Plus every time I call there office they're never there or they put me on hold. The front desk lady is rude. Gonna get a new doctor..

This is a word of advices. Since they have posted these reviews for patients to leave message concerning there visit with a doctor. The doctor should take the time to read them, because it's very important that they know what is out there for others to see. Now I am looking for a Good GYN and I read the reviews written, I am about to choice this doctor's office to request to see the doctor. First, there are too many reviews that talks about the staff being rude. I do not want to go or deal with a doctor's staff that once I start going to see the doctor, I have to put up with that nasty behavior.

Dr. Ratra is a great doctor she is very caring and gentle. However calling to the office and speaking with her staff makes you not want to go there. They are a little rude. I would not mind referring Dr. Ratra to others but something needs to be done about the staff they are the first impression.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

I have been a patient with Dr. Ratra since I was 15 years old and I am now 33 years old. However, I am very disappointed in the staff to the point where I have now found another OBGYN that I have to gain trust in because I refuse to go back to Dr. Ratra's office with that rude A** staff that she now has. I have called in numerous time to schedule a visit with the DR the heavy set lady at the front desk answers the phone with "Dr.Office", I mean, will it hurt to answer the phone and make it known that this is Dr. Ratra's office. Dr. Ratra has always been good and any problems that I came across, she has always been helpful. Her staff are disrespectful to Dr. Ratra and her clients. I have seen first hand how disrespectful her staff is to her. I feel like her staff are taking advantage of her and her age. I hate the fact that I'm going to a new OBGYN because I Dr. Ratra knows me and my body. It's sickens me that her staff is causing theses issues for her. HER STAFF NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. No woman should have to go there and feel bad due to the rudeness of her staff.

They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. Also, for follow up, they get a fat "F" from me. It has been months since they took my culture but her office has not called and I checked with my Primary Doctor and they have not sent my results either. My opinion is that she is too old to perform that task. I was very disappointed.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
