I was a little disappointed with the staff and the knowledge of the nurses. Whenever i make an appointment, they are certainly friendly and flexible at scheduling appointments. However, several of the medical assistants seem to be very young or have little experience. Their waiting room area was a little too loud mostly because of the overcrowding and the size of the space. If I compare the office to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. If i had more time i would find another doctor. Dr. Rodgers takes little time with patients and can feel generally dismissive when I have had questions.

They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. The waiting area was overcrowded and too small. Multiple people had to stand as there were not enough seats. Everyone was pretty much wedged in.

They could work on improving their level of customer service here. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

Dr. Rodgers is an excellent ob/gyn doctor. She has a wonderful demeanor and is very nice. It is easy to get an appointment with her. They are very flexible in scheduling their patients. Sometimes there is a wait, but that is in all doctor's offices. She will respond to phone calls and has a genuine interest in her patients. I really have a great love and respect for her and her practice. I would highly recommend her. She doesn't rush you out the door, and will take time to answer your questions, and put you at ease. She has a great team working with her as well!
