I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

I am a 40 year old female and have had experiences in other OBGYN offices and I have never ever experienced anything as dissatifying in my entire being. The staff behind the desk was friendly but used profanity as if no patients were around. Totally unprofessional!!! The restroom wall where you place your urine sample had an opening in it and I was able to see someone on the other side. Where was the privacy? I waitied a while before the dr. came in to see me and I've never had a complete physical where the dr. told me i didn't have to remove certain clothing. Her time in the office was about 5 minutes and that was for the entire physical. I felt rushed and I didn't feel comfortable talking with her because she didn't appear to have any interest in me. Needless to say, the staff did not return my ID or my insurance card which caused me to have to rearrange some traveling plans that I had that weekend because I could not rent a car. The Dr. ran down the hall to give my a prescription that she forgot to give me. Also, I never got a follow-up call. Totally disappointed. One trip here was more than enough. The only good thing was that they are flexible with appointments and now I see why.

Do not go here if you don't have to.

Dr, Rodgers scheduled me for a c-section for absolutely no reason, because she was going out of town on vacation. I was not even given a trial of labor. Granted this was 13 years ago, but I have never forgotten how helpless I felt about the situation. She also told me that my son was going to be between 10-13 lbs and he was 8.9!
