The office was easy enough to find. I thought Dr. Leslie was very nice, but her front office staff was not that great! They are the face of the practice and should go above and beyond to make patients feel welcome and promptly address their requests. In addition to being met with a chilly reception each visit, they forgot to give me my script for my annual mamogram two times that I visited the office. I called the office several times to arrange to have it mailed or picked up. After several calls to the office, no one ever called me back (except once to give me another phone number to call where no one ever picked up). I got so frustrated with this office, that I decided to see another doctor. His staff was very nice and professional (the doctor was good too). They ensured that I had all the necessary paperwork before I left the office including my script for the mamogram and very friendly and responsive each time I contact the office. Dr. Leslie's staff could definitely learn from my new doctor's office staff. It is so important to have good front office staff. They are the frontline and can make or break a business!!! My health is far too important to deal with a lukewarm non-responsive doctor's office.

She paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
