When they do answer, it's a long hold time. Appointments are booked long in advance. The Doctor is good, but tends to minimize your feelings. They also started selling cosmetic and weight-related procedures, meaning they've dived into the shallow end. They are generally VERY slow with results of any kind. I'm on hold now after 3 weeks of calling to get my FMLA paperwork back, hopefully it'll happen before get fired. The doc is quick and painless, but I'm really not impressed with the office culture.OH WAIT, THEY JUST TOLD ME THE SAME INFO AS 2 WEEKS AGO AND THAT IT ISNT DONE. THEN when I told them this (politely), they told me I was rude, and that I was now going on hold indefinitely. F*** THIS PLACE> AWFUL!
