My doctor was Michelle H. Cooper. I went to this location to receive new birth control in early June. I was already 6 weeks pregnant when the prescription was subscribed, as a new patience to this facility, she did not test first to be sure of this before issuing the medication. I waited for my period to arrive, before starting the pill, my surprise when this never happened. She had scheduled me a follow up in September, to go over some blood work she suggested I had done (blood work not covered by my insurance, that is). Needless to say, I never had the blood work done, and I did not go back for my follow-up appointment. Not to mention, as a first time patient, the day of my appointment I was in the office for 2.5 hours, maybe 20 minutes of that time was spent with the Dr, the other time I was left sitting in the room, waiting. After not returning for my follow-up, I still continued to receive my birth control, (the pregnancy was terminated) and now, I go to pick up my next supply, only to find out it has been CANCELED BY THE PROVIDER. I imagine this is because I failed to return to this Dr. but I have never in my life heard of such a thing happening. The pharmacy told me I would have to make a new appointment, to have a new prescription filled out. I can tell you, it will NOT be with this Dr and not at this location.

Exceptional physician. Not only brilliant but a wonderful personable bedside manner!
Listens and problem solves with patient.
She makes you feel that you are her #1 priority.
So glad to have found Dr. Michelle Cooper.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they send a automatic phone reminder the day before the appt. They are very reliable. You will wait approx 0.5 hrs for your appt unless it is the first one. Once I was accommodated when I was 0.5 hrs late.
