Did not have luck with this OBGYN group. Always gave them the benefit of the doubt and shrugged off rumors I'd heard. However big mistake. Repeatedly lost test results and I waited weeks to get the results. Missing the phone call to hear the results BIG MISTAKE, played phone tag repeatedly. They also would repeatedly call my husbands line over mine.....it was fine, but my line was always listed first. They did not treat my pregnancy as high risk, I ended up losing the pregnancy. I do not recommend them!

They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone.
