I can't agree that the staff is professional or competent, but I'm not convinced the doctor is either. Seems like you are in a manufacturing line when you go in, waiting until they are good and ready to deal with you, and then they act like you've greatly inconvenienced them. You get rushed out by the doctor so that you won't bother her with any questions. I wouldn't recommend them. The office seems so dysfunctional that I wonder what is really going on.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

I waited 15 minutes to be taken into the room and 40 minutes in my paper gown to be seen. She was rushed and did not seem too concerned with the lateness. I found out that my mother and friend has similar experiences of waiting extended amounts of time past appointment time to be seen.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.
