Dr. Sheri Baczkowski and her staff are the most uneducated medical professionals I have ever met. When you get to her office and stand in front of the secretary she does not even pick her head up from her computer or greet you. I handed her staff my insurance cards and somehow after obtaining blood work that was ordered I owed over 1000 dollars for a test because they had documented my insurance as something other than my own. They refer to you as "honey" and "sweetie" They do not care about retaining patients, they are glad when you ask to have your records transferred to another OBGYN. There is no, "what can we do better?" "how can we help you?" As a nurse, I know customer satisfaction is what keeps our hospitals going. I would encourage everybody to consider transferring their services to someone who values you as a patient or if you are considering Dr. Baczkowski as your obgyn you are asking for trouble!! STAY FAR AWAY!
