They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
