The staff was rude. The doctor was always late. She made herself unavailable when it was time for my baby to be delivered. She and her associates were not very comforting considering the fact that I was a new mother with a high risk pregnancy. They sent me to incompetent perinatologist who did not know what she was doing. The amnio appointment was a nightmare and I was made to wait over three hours for her to appear and then her office staff tried to make it look like I was the one who was late. Basically everything that could go wrong, went wrong and I am living with the consequences of their incompetence and callousness.

The doctor was not available when my child was being induced. The doctors from this practice were not coordinating their efforts and the staff was horrible. Furthermore, they were affiliated with a terrible imaging facility for amnio and perinatology that left me waiting for hours and then blamed me because their ditzy office staff did not notify the doctor to arrive on time. They lie and they actually made me never want to experience childbirth again.

Absolutely, they were an expert!

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. My whole experience at this office was above average starting with their very comfortable waiting room chairs. They were fantastic.
They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.
