They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. They answered all of my questions but didn't go into detail or put it into layman's terms. I was sort of still confused about everything. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They treated me with utmost respect and were very kind. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable.
