The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable and hurt my back. I practically jumped out of it as soon as they called my name for my appointment. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. They didn't mention anything about risks or benefits. I felt really rushed like they just wanted to get me out of there.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered.
