They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I have been a client of Dr. Frances Stern for more than 20 years and I'm grateful for her.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up.
