Went to him many years ago. He did laparoscopy . Said I had minimal endometriosis and some adhesions. When I asked what adhesions were, he told me 'don't worry about it. So being only 29 in 1985....I didn't worry.
Long story short...in 201, I had gone elsewhere and ended up with a hysterectomy, and a lot of healthy organs were removed. Then in 2010, I ended up with a botched colostomy for supposed pelvic floor issues. Well, I now have serious issues. Had Rubenstein told me what adhesions were, I NEVER would have had another surgery. If this keeps JUST ONE WOMAN from the living hell of an existence that I now endure, then my job here on earth is done. NEVER agree to surgery, unless you are in a life threatening condition.
