I've been going to Dr Claudia Taubman for about three years now and I thought that I had a really great caring doctor. I can say that most of the time she's running about 45 minutes late especially if you are at the holy cross facility. There was also a time when I cut a trip short from Michigan to DC to see her she was one hour late I opted for another doctor there in Silver Spring while he was writing my prescription Dr. Taubman approached the nurses desk. Amazingly she stared at me for about five minutes never acknowledged me -her patient for 4yrs or apologized for being an hour late. She never said a word. Is this great healthcare or what. I'm out 200 change fee from Delta and my own doctor doesn't even know who I am.

I was truly amazed at the broad approach this provider took that considered so many aspects of my life outside of their specialty. Amazing!
