This woman does not care about her Patients what so ever. All she does is talk about her genius son. I would love to see this woman try to go 1 day in pain and see how she feels.

I had to do my own research to get my questions answered, for example, I had to keep calling the office for an order for a minor surgical procedure and for referrals to be made with slow follow up/response. I explained that it is poor customer service for the physician not to return calls after 2 days of calling and leaving messages.

When asked why Dr. Raj. is not returning my calls, the receptionist answered "This office is really busy." "I'm just telling you how this office works." "You will not hear back from Dr. Raj. It will be one of us calling you back."

I always feel that I am being rushed at visits and that the physician does not have time to listen to my concerns. The staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They were very friendly and made me feel like family. I really like the welcoming environment.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
Is this provider's business conveniently located?
Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing
