I cant give any less than one star. When I was 2 years old Susan Crapes ignored my need for medical assistance when I had fallen and had a piece of metal lodged in my knee. She told my mother that she was a hypercondriac and sent me home. After several days I had to go back to the ER for further evaluation and they wouldn't do a full evaluation because they were in association with Susan Crapes and they sent me home. My mother had to drive over an hour away for them to drain the fluid off my knee and it was orange. A person isn't supposed to have any fluid on the knee and if they do it should be clear or white. Mine was orange. I had severe infection on my knee and they sent me to Childrens Hospital to do surgery, I almost lost my leg and my life. I would NOT recommend ANYONE see this doctor. She is careless with children and people all the same. She wont believe you when you have something seriously wrong.
