They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Every single one of my questions were answered during the appointment. I was so relieved that they were able to give me so much useful information. They were also able to adjust my medications so that I can function better in society. Due to not having insurance anymore Dr Rivera looked at my psychiatric history and put me on the same meds my psychiatrist put me on which I doubt many other doctors would. HIs office visit is only $70 without insurance which is much cheaper than any of the other rhe Lubbock clinics. Dr. Rivera works very well with people who are on a tight budget; trying to prescibe the cheapest medicine available and does not run a lot of unnecessary tests. He's my favorite doctor in Lubbock, and I've seen a lot of them.
