I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.
Beware; they will unceremoniously turn you out of their office, no matter how sick you are, if you are taking any prescribed controlled drugs, no matter if your medicine is perfectly legitimate and you are sick with an unrelated matter.
I went to this doctors office today in my wheelchair, it was totally out of ADA compliance! The parking was not correct, then the ramps to get into the building were too steep. Once I got inside I found that half of the doorways were too narrow, they are all suppose to be 36" wide but some of them were about 30" or less (I did not bring a tape measure but my 32" wide wheelchair was not even close to fitting). Even the bathroom was inaccessible, not to mention that it was dirty and writing on the walls like they do not take care of the place. I only seen the doctor of a minute so it is hard to know if they were good or not.
