I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
