They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them.

Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.

No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances

No, my decisions were always respected
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
Not really. I usually have to remind them.
