It was suggested i get a physical by the doctor. Went to the office today to do just that. I waited in a small room with the door closed for over 45 minutes. Finally, a physician's assistant came in. She seemed rushed and of course, way behind schedule. She did a quick exam that basicly consisted of listening to my heart and lungs. She did that over my gown. Does that even work? Then had me stand up and lift my arms and legs a couple times. She left, and i waited another 30 minutes and got my blood drawn. I wanted a doctor to exam me from head to toe and got a rushed PA that was less than professional. Yikes! What an experience. I don't feel like if i had any issues, they would have been discovered, so what is the point?

Dr Cochrane's staff always knows us by name, friendly and smiling, always a great wait in the waiting area with TV and comfy seating!

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Cochrane for many years and would not trade her for anything! She consistently gives the best medical care, with attentiveness, professionalism, and the most current knowledge. One thing I’ve always appreciated in her approach is that she looks at and considers the whole patient. When there’s a “bigger picture”, Dr Cochrane has the knack for getting to the root or source of the problem, not just the specific limited reason for the particular appointment. For example, a headache could just be a headache…..or the result of stress, which might be addressed and handled preventatively.

The entire staff is warm and caring. To me, some indicators of a business are the amount of staff turnover and the employees’ attitude. This staff has pretty well been stable throughout the years we’ve been patients there, which contributes to the welcoming environment. If you don’t have an appointment, you can always come in as a “walk in” and be seen within a reasonable time. Sometimes an appointment takes longer than anticipated. I appreciate having the time to ask all the questions/get all the information I need without feeling rushed or pressured to let her get to her next patient, so if I have to wait for my appointment because she’s running late with someone else, I figure she’s just giving them the same thoughtful attention.

I would (and have!) highly recommend Dr. Cochrane to anyone!
