Dr. Gan was one of the most attentive, caring, and thorough doctors I have ever had. I thoroughly recommend her as a person.

HOWEVER her office does leave a lot to be desired. I ended up having to wait 1 1/2 hours past my appointment time to be seen, and the waiting room was always crowded. The office was pretty run down, and the secretaries are not very attentive. She doesn't utilize modern technology, so be prepared for hand-notes, and having to personally mail information release forms out to past doctors.

That being said I would still highly recommend Dr. Gan as a doctor. When I finally got in to see her, she spent a lot of time with me, and never made me feel rushed. She seemed to genuinely care about what was going on and was extremely thorough. She seemed like she was very knowledgable and I would definitely see her again. If it wasn't for her office I would give her an A+.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.
