They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
