I can't really complain about their bedside manner, most are friendly enough where I don't feel neglected or unwanted. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
