Jacksonville ER staff was very prompt and knowledgeable in treating my son. The staff from the Radiology Dept, lab, and admissions were very kind and respectful. Overall a very professional group of people who work well together. Dr. Welker was very professional and did what he had to do without hesitation.

I came into the Jacksonville ER with chest pain and was very concerned. I was taken back immediately and treated. Dr. Welker and all the other staff was very personable and professional. Thank you for your care. Great rating.

Everyone was so comforting and kind. I don't live in Jacksonville, but did for 10 years. My deceased husband spent lots of time here as he was a quad. Many of the staff remembered me. Dr. Welker treated me so well. All this helps as a wonderful experience.

I was treated quickly, with respect by all of the staff and Dr. Welker. My pain was treated in a timely manner. Jacksonville RMC is the best hospital in our area.
